You must bring in this original coupon to a Chase or Wamu branch when opening your new Free Checking Account. To get the cash bonus award, you must enter the 16-digit coupon code 3540579000012281 into the E-coupon system at the time of account opening. Bonus will then be deposited into the new account within 2 weeks after the five debit card purchases have posted to the account, which must be made by September 30, 2009.
